What's your definition of illiterate? And why can't you deal with the
subject or provide some data if you bother to post. All you do is
criticize people instead of attacking the problems. Obviously, YOU DON'T
KNOW the answers to any of the questions asked. If the message is not
"coherent" to you, don't answer it.
