I worked in SP's General Office Building at the foot of Market Street
in San Francisco before the completion of the merger with UP. The
lobby of the building towers, One Market Plaza, was renovated a
few years back. As part of the concession deal to SP, their part
of the common lobby floor was redone in polished granite, with a
large inlaid SP logo in front of the elevators. It was still there during
the merger, but the historic SP part of the building has been scheduled
for sale for many years.

There was tons of stuff from decades back piled in the basement.
SP never had a good archivist, so it probably all went to the dump
when the building was emptied and closed.
