| If you are sending original documents, and wish to have them back,
| please send an envelope large enough to hold the documents, with
| proper postage.

| Q: What format do you want a document to be sent in? What size?
| A: We would like to have all documents in .Gif or .Jpg format. Our
| target size per document is 100k. If a document is larger than this,
| we would like to resize the document, or possibly break it up into
| smaller parts.

| Q: How many documents can I send?
| A: How many do you have? *grin* We welcome any documents that could
| possibly help someone else in their research.

| Q: What are you going to do when you have too many documents?
| A: We have been thinking this one over for a while. Currently, Xoom
| offers unlimited space, so that is not a problem. We would like,
| however, to get some sort of sponsorship for the site so that we can
| move it where we can have access to better tools (cgi, etc...). If you
| are an advertiser who would like to purchase ad space with us (we are
| getting 70+ hits per day), get in contact with us. If you have space
| on a site where we can spread our wings and fly, we would love to hear
| from you.

| Q: Help! I've gotten a virus from one of your pictures!
| A: It is completely impossible to be infected by a virus from viewing
| a picture from the web. Don't take our word for it, though. Take a
| look at the Datafellow's homepage (Makers of F-Prot Virus protection):
| http://www.datafellows.com/news/hoax/yukon.htm There have been several
| hoaxes about graphics files, and this section give you information
| over them. I'd suggest that if you think that you can get a virus from
| a graphic file, that you take the time to read the WHOLE site. There
| are a LOT of hoaxes out there, and I know you will probably sleep a
| little more soundly at night knowing what is a hoax and what you
| should be worried about.

| Q: Why do you have banners up on your site?
| A: The banners are there in the hopes that some of you will enter the
| contests advertised, join the programs, buy the products, etc. When
| you do so, I get paid a (small) amount. The money that I get paid will
| be used for several purposes: (1) to buy more source documents (these
| range in cost from $1 to as much as $15 per document) (2) To reimburse
| people for the costs of postage (3) To perhaps buy a larger hard drive
| so that I can host the site myself and thus be able to add things like
| cgi, etc (4) To pay for my internet access so that I can continue to
| provide you with help and make regular updates to the site

| Q: Do you accept donations of money?
| A: Good question. The answer is that, yes, I will happily accept any
| monetary donations that are sent. If you would like to donate money,
| you can send it to the same address as you would send the documents
| but please do not send cash (money order/cashier's check or personal
| check is acceptable). Please make any donations out to: Brandy M.

| Q. I have some documents but I don't want to donate to somebody's pay
| site. Are you planning on charging your viewers in the future?
| A. Definately the answer to this question is "No". I started doing
| genealogy research back when I was dead broke. It's hard for folks
| without money to do "real" genealogy research (travelling to the
| libraries, buying the source documents) and I feel that genealogy
| shouldn't be just for the rich, or for those who can travel. I'd like
| to make doing real research as easy and affordable as a visit to my
| site, and someday I hope I can reach that goal. Knowing your family
| history, in my opinion, should be a right and not a privilege.
