Say what? Your problem is with the folks that write the applications, not
with Microsoft. Having said that, there are some applications;
WordPerfect, Acrobat reader, and Netscape come to mind; that do exist for
more than one OS.
Why not complain that GM and Ford don't make an Accord to compete with
Honda?
