Laws vary from state to state. You might get in touch with county or state
officials to see what the laws are in SC. I know where I live, if it is on
private property, ,you are tresspassing if you go on the property without
permission of the owner and unless there was some type of legal agreement at
the time the property passed out of the hands of the owners of the property
who established the cemetary which would allow descendants of the people
buried in the cemetary access after the property was sold, you are out of
luck
