Hi
Don't know about the Canadian Census. But in the British
Census 1881 I
thought it was missing too, until I clicked on 'View' up
the top of the page
then in the drop down menu clicked on 'details'.....
There it was on the
household screen.... Head, Relationship to Head, and
occupation.......
Hope it works on your Canadian one.
