Not emotional, but the truth can hurt sometimes. Nevertheless, that still "who
we are" (for each).

I've had a direct ancestor executed for her "crime."

It's not so bad when one finds out that the place was a small village N-NE of
Boston called Salem and the year was 1692.

Probably every third family who was well established lost someone in the Civil
War.
