Twila,

I suggest you start by looking at the 1880 census at www.familysearch.org.
There are 6 Frank Parchers in this census. If you repost I suggest you
provide more information regarding your Frank Parcher, i.e., date and/or
approximate date of birth; place of birth; place of residence, etc. If he
is a minor keep in mind many of the censuses are indexed by head of
household.
