Some rough numbers on world population.

Assuming 20% of 72, we get 14 mil. Turkeys
Ratio 2001 to 1000 is 23
Hence 14 mil. over 23 is 600.000 Turkeys and some feathers.
A bit more than 2.000 you will agree.
Not intended as accurate, merely to give a general idea.
The main point is that you are Turkeys today, irrespective of what
your ancestors were 700 years ago.
