Apart from legal deposit copies, you're probably needing to find a
library which is biassed to either or both of religious or Scottish
history. Have you checked for any local-ish libraries (university,
family history or similar) which might have reference copies ? There
are copies in the Society of Genealogists' library in London and in
many Scottish libraries; as a last resort some will do
lookups/extracts for a fee if someone can't do it for you. It might
also be worth a quick look round online second-hand bookshops where
the odd copy comes up occasionally, sometimes at well below the
"market" price.
