Positive report. I ordered a copy [$15 which includes S&H] recently. My
copy, nice blue hard cover, arrived here on Friday.

Ordered from the Tallassee Chamber of Commerce. Their address was posted
recently in relation to these inquiries. If anyone needs the address again,
just post an inquiry. I think I still have it.
