I am not familiar with Tilleroe Morgan. My line is:
William and Joice Morgan through their son:
Jesse Morgan (b.abt 1775 d. bef 1850 in Tallapoosa Co., married
Elizabeth Arnold Jan. 12, 1807 in Oglethorpe County Georgia.)Jesse
Morgan had two proven daughters (but we think he had other daughters -
no sons)
The daughters we know about were:
Sarah Elizabeth Morgan (b. abt 1810 Morgan Co. Georgia d.1868
Tallapoosa Co.) married Batholomew Turner (b.1797 d.1852 buried in the
Turner Cemetery near Dudleyville)
and
Susan Morgan (b.abt 1818 in Morgan Co. Ga. d. in Tallapoosa Co.)
married Drewry Brewer (19 June 1834) Drewry Brewer died before 1850 in
Tallapoosa Co.
In the biographical sketch of my great grandfather, Elijah Anderson
Turner, in Prominent Men of Alabama, Col. Jesse Morgan was described as
a "well known character" in the Dadeville area. I would like to know
more about that.
