Tallapoosa County}

To the Honorable Judge of
The Court of Probate of
Tallapoosa County

Mabry Lovejoy administrator of the estate of Harrison B Young late of said
county deceased, would respectfully petition your honor in the following
provisions to wit, that the said intestate the said Harrison B Young died in
said count seized of _____ ____ of the following described land in said county
in his own right to wit the East half of the Section six (6) in Township twenty
two (22) of Range twenty two (22) in said county and that the same cannot be
equally fairly and beneficially divided among the heirs thereof without a sale
of the same and that the legal heirs of the said Harrison B Young are Robert L
Young, Louisa Jane Young and Samuel Young, all minors and children of the said
decedent and Nancy Young, widow and relic of the said Harrison B. Young now
wife if Isaac F. Stowe reside in said county of Tallapoosa - The premises
considered your petition would respectfully ask your Honor for and order of
sale in ____ of the Law

This is Harrison Bennett Young who married Nancy Lovejoy. This Harrison"s
father was Robert Young Sr. and Celia (Sealy) STRICKLAND Roberts parents were
Steven YOUNG and Diannah TUCKER according to information found on ancestry.com
