Thanks for the information.
The W.R. Snow family settled on "Snow Mountain" east of Bullard in the
1850's. Several members of the family lived in the city of Bullard.
Bullard is in Smith and Cherokee Cos, Tx. (most of the city is in Smith
I believe).
Nacogdoches Co. is the early East Texas county from which Smith and
Cherokee were created.
Smith Co. was created in 1846 and the records are in the courthouse (
and annex) at Tyler, Tx. Cherokee Co. was also created in 1846 and the
records are in the courthouse at Rusk, Tx and some records are also
found in the City Office at Jacksonville, Tx.
