Are you talking about the old Annie Manie School. If so I have current
pictures of it. It belongs to the Presbyterian Church group now. I know it
well. I've been all through it. A 4th Great Uncle of mine, Zo Cook, is
buried in the Old Goshen Cemetery, just up the road.

Just wondered if anyone remembered the old Arlington Literary & Industrial
School. Was near Arlington (Annie Manie) in West Wilcox County and was a
large school at one time. Students came from all over...mostly local and
area..but some boarded there year round. Turned out some excellent scholars.
First school director that I remember was a Dr. Williams and also Dr. K. P.
Thomas. The school was a credit to the community and the county..Wonder if
it
still operates...Sorry, just reminiscing..
