Thanks for your offer to help! Hopefully you can shed some light on
information I have needed for a long time!
Lizzie Sheffield was my ggrandmother.
She was married to George Dannie Avritt.
Lizzie was born March 28, 1897
She died January 22, 1918
She is buried at Enon Cemetery in
Wilcox co. AL
Lizzie's parents;
George Wesley"West" Sheffield & Alice Williamson
I need dates on both George & Alice
and any other children that may have
been born to them other than Lizzie.
Also needed:
George Wesley "West" Sheffield's & Alice Williamson
Sheffield's parents and/or siblings.
I do not have Lizzie's place of birth,
nor that of her parents, but I assume
it was in Wilcox Co. AL.
I also wonder if "Lizzie" is a nickname for Elizabeth or something else!
Any info you can give is very much appreciated.
