Mcarthurs from Monroe Co.Al. My great grandmother was Martha Ann McArthur
married Thomas Andrew Mcbride. They were from that area. My uncle has said they were from the Frisco City and Monroeville area. Farming there and across the river in Mississippi. I am unable to get past my Great Grandmother Martha. She may have had a sister Rhoda.
I will be driving to see my uncle this weekend hope to gather a few more names, he is about 74 now and has been to Al. several years ago and looked at old cemeteries. Hoping someone could share some McAthur names in the event he may recognize someone.
