Gene Garret is no longer living..but I know the home well.. he stayed in
Lower Peachtree with the Bradford family and over saw the dismantling of the
home board by board and the reconstruction until finally complete.... he
planted a long row of magnolia trees that are near mature now. gives the
typical Southern plantation look...family still owns the home.
