Neglected to mention, Charles also served under Moultrie in defense of
Fort Moultrie. He was in the battles of Fort Johnson, Brandywine, and
the siege of Savannah as well as Charleston. Charles was born 14 Feb
1745/46, married Mary Eleanor Laurens.

Thomas was born 30 Oct 1750, 1st wife Elizabeth Motte, 2nd wife Frances
Middleton.
