Today's the last day for the roll call, so if you plan on participating,
please get your post out today/tonight. After this, those who had left the
list will be returning, and things will be going back to normal. Whatever
that is.
Subsequent dialogues stemming from a rollcall post are still more than
welcome. I would ask that the header/subject line be changed to whatever
name/topic is being discussed, and not just have "roll call" on it. People
tend to have less hissy fits this way. :)
Thanks for making this such a smooth process! Everyone has done
incredibly well, and I feel that we got a lot accomplished with this.

One way to keep the dialogue going when lulls hit is to repost the
names/subjects that you yourself are researching or have sources for every so
often. New people are coming on all the time, and some don't necessarily
announce their presence. Throw that bait out every so often and see if you
get a nibble. Some do it every six weeks, I've seen others do it every six
months to a year. If the list is very active, I would say to do so more
often than a slower list, since the population won't be turning around as
quickly on a slow list.
