My ggf, William S. ANDERSON; dob: 22 Apr 1846; in Quincy, Adams County,
Illinois. Whereabouts unknown until he marries Melvina Harriett HOWETH on
24 Nov 1869 in Gainesville, Cooke County, TX. Melvina died in childbirth
of 3rd daughter on 5 June 1879. WSA then simply disappears; I know he
remarried (but not who, when or where) and supposedly had two more
daughters. I would be most appreciative of any help identifying his
parents, siblings, activities (was he in CW?), second wife, date and place
of death and burial, etc. Willing to share any information that I have.
