Friends,

I am looking for information on my great grandfather, William Lafayette
ANDERSON, who lived most of his adult life in the New Orleans area, but
(according to the birth certificate of his son William Lafayette Jr.) came
originally out of New York.

My great grandfather William married Ida SIMPSON in Orleans Parish in Jan.
27, 1880. He had at least four sons that I know of: Walter Kux ANDERSON,
born in late 1880, William Lafayette ANDERSON, Jr. born Nov. 16, 1881,
Andrew ANDERSON born around 1882 or 1883, and Dudley Philip Anderson, born
around 1887 or so.

Is there anybody out there who has information on one or more members of
this family? Anybody have suggestions on how to take what information I
have and further my research?
