Roll call and searching for ancestors and origin of:

John1 Anderson, of Scottish or Scotch-Irish ancestry, came to America and
settled in Watertown, Mass. [Scotch-Irish defined as their Scotch ancestors
spent one or more generations in Ireland before immigrating to America.]
John1 Anderson married on 16 July 1706, [Watertown VR] for his first wife,
Rebecca Waite (or Waight), b 1680, d ?, daughter of John & Mary (Woodward)
Waite . It would appear that the Waight's and the Woodward's were both early
settlers of Watertown, Ma. John1 Anderson lived in Watertown and Newton, Ma.
until after 1715, when he moved to Groton, Ma. He married 30 July 1716
[Watertown VR] for his second wife, Mary Applin, b 11 Oct 1677, d ? ,
daughter of schoolmaster John and Bethshuah (Bartlett) Applin. Again, Mary
Applin's ancestors seem to have come from the Watertown, Ma. area, with
Bethshuah Bartlett's father having been Ensign Thomas Bartlett, an original
proprietor of Watertown, Ma. who died 26 Feb. 1654.

are:

1. HANNAH ANDERSON (b 13 Aug 1707 d )[Watertown VR]
2. ABRAHAM ANDERSON (b 18 Aug 1708 d 25 Dec 1768) [Watertown VR says b. 18
Aug 1709 while Bond's Watertown and others list 18 Aug 1708. Note next
child's birth at 7 or 19 months. We assume Bond is correct.]
3. REBECCA ANDERSON (b 29 Mar 1710 d )[Watertown VR]
4. MARY ANDERSON (b 29 Aug 1711 d )[Watertown VR]
