I also received what appeared to be a reply to a post I had made to this
mailing list. It had two attachments, one a .scr file, the other a .txt
file. There was no personal verbiage on the message, so I deleted it. (I
called my daughter and son-in-law afterward. They are both in tech support
for a large ISP. They both said I was right to delete the .scr file.)

It was from a Paula Wood. If she did indeed reply to my query about Thomas
W. Anderson, would she please contact me again. But, given the fact that
these viruses are making the rounds, I didn't want to take any chances.
