p. 273:
David Andrews [all descendants were given the surname ANDREWS in this genealogy] second son of Ichabod, of Southington, New Britain, and Burlington [CT], and his first wife, Lydia Smith, of Southington, born 14th April, 1766. This is all that is found of him.
In "Genealogical Abstracts of Revolutionary War Pension Files," by Virgil D. White, publ. by the National Historical Publihing Co., Waynesboro, TN, 1990-1992, p. 65:
ANDRUS, David or David Andrews, [file #] S5244, Cont[inental] & CT line, appl[ied for pension] 29 Sep 1832 Ashtabula C[oun]ty, OH, aged 76, lived New Haven C[oun]ty CT in Norwich at enl[istment], b 1756 in Norwich CT, sol[dier] d 9 Feb 1849 leaving children: David, Ebenezer H. & Altia Kinney
