No, much more likely, if Klez was involved, that someone else has
your name somewhere on their PC. Not necessarily the address book,
could be their Temporary Internet cache.
Spam apparently coming from oneself to oneself is a common spamming
trick anyway. The originating address will be spoofed of course, so
just delete on sight and block the sender and the domain too, if you
never anticipate getting any wanted mail from anyone with that
domain.
