Hi Jeanette
May i suggest you try going to .Family Search. the mormon site.to start just type in Benetti no christian name this throws up all their info on people named BenettiĀ in Italy way back.but if you
labour through the list and find a christian name that suites .you can then go back into search and in put christian name and then surname Benetti. It worked for me was looking for a Giovanni Colosso no luck ! But after just Putting in Colosso and search I found Him
asĀ gioan Colosso. Its worth a try and costs nothing .
Regards Lino

Colin, thank you for the help. I have followed both lines of advice. The
first showed Benetti seems to be prevalent across a huge area of Italy. The
2nd was so interesting and I'm not sure whether or not it could be a family
member, although born too late to be his Gt Grandfather. His grandfather
was born 1883 in Italy. Can I ask for some education please - How did you
get to this page at TNA?
Jeanette
