Annie,
So I'm not the only one who does that! :o)
Here he is:
JAMES JOSEPH JONES
Sapper 89901, 8/3th Field Company, Royal Engineers
who died on Thursday 22nd March 1917. Age 30.
Son of Mr. and Mrs. JONES, of Edinburgh; husband of Annie LAWSON (formerly
JONES), of 42 Forebank Road, Dundee.
BEAURAINS ROAD CEMETERY, BEAURAINS, Pas de Calais, France - Grave Reference:
C. 22.
My CD shows him being born and enlisting in Edinburgh, killed in action on
the above date and belonging to 89th Field Company, Royal Engineers. The
CWGC website information (above) may well have recorded the wrong Field
Company as 89th sounds right enough.
