The McAfee Suite that is available free from AOL for broadband users
includes everything that the normal pay version includes:
Security Center
Virus Scan
Personal Firewall
Data Backup
Privacy Service
When AOL discontinued their Spyzapper program they claimed they were doing
so because what was checked in Spyzapper IS included in McAfee scans.
It never hurts to use more than one spy checker or Adware checker -- but it
isn't advisable to use multiple antivirus programs.
McAfee was TOP RATED in a recent Consumer Reports research study. Trend
Micro was top rated a year or two ago when they last did a study but has declined
since then according to Consumer Reports.

PS: I gave up on PC-Cillin (Trend Micro) years ago when I kept getting false
virus alerts. Perhaps the reason PC-Cillin picks up more "viruses" is due to
false alarms. I'd get all upset and contact them only to have them tell me
it was a false alert and they'd correct it in the next day's update.

I really doubt that McAfee does - just not the top dog of Virus software
these days.
You should uninstall McAfee and purchase & install Trend Micro Internet
Security - this version scans for everything.
