I will plan to attend.

Actually, as president of the WRHS Genealogical Committee auxiliary, I will
be available to help welcome APG Great Lakes Chapter.

I might mention that the Wings and Wheels Exhibition will be available in
the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum. In this exhibit, the Gen Committee
researched the ancestry of the major benefactor and namesake of the museum,
Frederick C. Crawford, and produced a five-generation family tree for
inclusion with a display of artifacts from his life and times. Check it out.

On Saturday, 27 October 2007, the Great Lakes Chapter will be
visiting the Western Reserve Historical Society and Library in
Cleveland. We will be taking a "behind the scenes" tour of the
library. After the tour we will have plenty of research time and an
opportunity to explore the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum. We will
meet in the library at 9:45 AM with the tour to begin at 10:00 AM.

Admission is $8.50 for adults and $7.50 for seniors. If you are not
a WRHS member, you need to have two forms of ID (driver's license,
school id, work id, Social Security card). Information about the
library (including their rules and online catalog) is available at
http://www.wrhs.org/library/default.asp. For lunch there is a small
cafe in the library with salads and wraps. There is also a cafe in
the Cleveland Botanical Garden which is close by. Parking is $8.00
for the day.

Please let me know if you plan to attend so we can let the library
know how many to expect.
