Here's a note I recieved from one of my customers:
"... I had never done business with them before and will avoid doing so
again. Since
you are in business, I thought you should know that I got into an intense
"hard sell" situation with them. I've never encountered anything like it
before except with telemarketers. They didn't want to sell one of
anything. They pushed and pushed just about any product that they owned on
New England. It is a phone conversation I will remember for a long time.
Unfortunately for me, I try to be polite. I was on the phone 45 minutes
when I called them to buy that one CD. Feel free to share this information
with anyone you like. I don't like their way of doing business."
Since I sell their CDs in competition with them, I feel no need to complain
:>)
