Myra,

I did think of this program as continuing education with a certificate
to show someone has completed the course. This person does believe she
is qualified to do genealogical research because she has received her
certificate. I didn't want to burst her bubble, but maybe someone else
can find a way to let her know, the education is good but doesn't
qualify her as certified.
