I think samples of various contracts would be something worthwhile to put on
the APG Web pages, and perhaps offer them in PDF (Portable Document Format).

The syllabus of the APG Professional Management Seminar held 1998 in
Cincinnati has a wonderful section on contracts and different approaches
as well as sample language.

There is also more information for someone starting out.
