The VA provides markers for all veterans' graves from the Revolutionary War
to the most recent ones. You can get the necessary form from your nearest
Dept. of Veterans Affairs office. Most funeral directors also have a supply.
To complete it, you will need to make arrangements with the cemetery for
installation, including shipping instructions for the stone. It usually
takes three to six months for delivery
