Subject: [APG] Genealogy classes

A friend has asked me about some on-line genealogy classes. Since I am not
familiar with either one, I'm hoping someone out there can give some
help/suggestions.
She says that she has almost finished the first part of the Family Tree
Maker's On-line University Class and she is wondering how much of the
second part she needs. Also, there is a 12-lesson on-line class available
from Mother Hubbard's Cupboard. Is this a worthwhile course? She can't
find anything about it!
Are these "classes" free? I had suggested the NGS course to her and can
only surmise that it's finances that kept her from taking it.
