Subject: [APG] Scheduling - APG Professional Conferences

I received the APG Quarterly this week and noted that I would not be able to
attend the forthcoming APG Professional Conference scheduled for 6 September
2000 in Salt Lake.

I have a 7.5 year old son and the APG Professional Conference - as well as
the FGS Conference which will be held during the same week - occurs during
his first week of school after summer vacation and I cannot be away from home.

As I recall, the past two APG Professional Conferences have each been
scheduled in concert with the FGS Conference. And now this one is, too.
Sounds like the beginning of a tradition....

Would it be possible to break tradition and schedule some of the APG
Professional Conferences some of the time in concert with the NGS Conference
in the spring? [Which is a better time for professionals with young
children.]
