Subject: [APG] Question of the Quarter
Date: Fri, 19 May 2000 16:54:46 -0500

Hello, APG members,

I'd like to try something new, on a one-time basis, with your help. Because
of the January change in APG Quarterly editors from Liz Kerstens to me, we
missed one Question of the Quarter. I'm sending out a QQ on this list, here
and now, and requesting that you send your replies to me at
<> by May 24th, for publication in the June 2000 APG
Quarterly.

This Question of the Quarter involves e-mail and clients:

What percentage of your clients are obtained via e-mail? If you have clients
as a result of e-mail, which lists did they get your name from? Do you have
a standard reply form that you use to respond to potential clients via
e-mail? How do you handle e-mail clients, especially ones who keep coming up
with new ideas and additional assignments, and are almost as intrusive as
continual telephone callers?

Remember to send responses to <>, not to this list. (If
you respond to this list, the replies will already have been read by
everyone when they appear in the Quarterly. <g>) Be sure to include your
name and city of residence (if you want them published). Thanks for your
help!
