I'm sure Amy, Mark, and anyone else who received "Christina's" inquiry
will agree that the one Suzy Bettac received from Jackie Swihart at MSU
is the difference between night and day. Jackie's is the kind I would
expect to receive from a college student. Christina's was not, and Amy
summarized nicely what Christina's request was like. And I might add, I
still haven't received a reply from Christina.
