My understanding is that you are absolutely correct! It is a pity that
there can't be a difference, though. I do see your point. I do think,
however, that more and more texts are doing it where they match, simply
because the overhead for the software to do differently opens so many doors
to ratholes if you try to make them different. . . . <G>!
