Hello Chad

I have seen a couple of messages like this on the APG-L list and would like
to make a suggestion to you and others who might post like things.

Would you mind including just a line or two regarding the subject matter of
the interesting article so we know why we want to read it? (Once my email
is downloaded, my modem disconnects and to find out what the interesting
article is about can be something of a hassle. So, I'm not always inclined
to check it out - or at least not right away.)
