Rebecca, without further information on their computer systems, I have to
say this may NOT be over-reaction. Once onto one system connected to the
Internet, hackers may have had free reign throughout the internal LAN of the
agency. In reading the Washington Post article, it says that the judge
ordered the security study. He shut the sites down as a result of that
study. It's a shame that it had to come to that.

Talk with anyone that works in the Information Technology department of
large companies and governmental agencies and you will hear how much our
Internet web sites are under attack daily.
