Can you provide the e-mail address for Iris Carter Jones, legislative network
coordinator for the California Genealogical Alliance? She wrote:

While she was probably thinking in terms of the California genealogy
community, it seems to me that it might be a good idea for genealogists from
outside the state to let her know of their ideas and concerns, rather than
flooding public officials with messages from non-consitituents.
