ICAPGen accredits genealogists in many foreign countries, including Belgium.
Go to our web site, www.ICAPGen.org, click on "Accredited Genealogists" and
select the International list. The countries are listed in alphabetical
order.

You will not always find a researcher living in the country of interest, but
the researchers listed have been tested for research in those localities.
If they do not live in the country, many of them make frequent trips to
those areas.
