I missed the first post on this subject but I am assuming we are talking
about the 1930 book. I thought you might find this amusing.
I went online to the NARA site but I didn't find the order number or the
price so in my haste I fired a message off to NARA asking for that
information.
I didn't get an email response but instead by snail mail I got a catalog of
NARA publications but guess what, no publication number and no price--all it
said was that it would be available (I tossed it but I think it said Feb
2002).
I was amused, to put it politely.
So then I went back online and spent enough time to find the number and the
price.
