One point I forgot to include in previous message is --

If her research is available elsewhere, like if she took it from published
sources, etc., that would be a reason not to keep it.

I just processed a collection of a former attorney, member of the Board of
Regents and Attorney General that came in about 11 - 1 cubic foot boxes. It
is down to three boxes. All the newspaper clippings are gone, all the bank
statements, income tax statements, cancelled checks, periodicals, calendars,
daybooks--all gone!!
