Dear All,

The only person who has a legal right to protest, who
can actually prove that the copyright is being
infringed and can get action is the actual copyright
owner. Third parties writing and claiming they know
will have no legal standing with either eBay or the
seller. The area of copyright is just like patents,
trademarks and all other intellectual property. The
owner has to protect his turf. No one can do it for
them.

To repeat what I said in a previous posting: If
someone sets up a hut on your land the law doesn't
automatically show up. The law won't do anything if
your neighbor calls either. You, the owner, have to
call the sheriff, go to court, file the papers and
have the rascal taken away.

All the best,
Kathy
