A little more digging and I find that it appears this
guy is a genuine fellow researcher like ourselves:

One thing I noticed that Mr. Young has at the bottom
of his pages is:

Maybe if we all put the equivalent (with our names
naturally) at the bottom of all our pages this might
prevent copying of the main pages, etc.

Bottom line, I do not think he has nasty, evil
motives.

Well, I have spent 15 minutes on this and that's all
