Kevin,
I am glad you have gotten some value from this list. I reviewed the
questions you have asked this year and they have been earnest, polite, and
professional. I see no cause for comment otherwise.

We have often said on this list that this is where the professionals hang
out... meaning that if you want a definitive answer, opinion, or range of
experiences you will get them... and mostly from the "horse's mouth" as many
authors (both book and software) are subscribed and listening. This is also
where many certified and accredited persons exchange ideas and encouragement
for those who are in those processes. All this promotes individual learning
which can only be good for our industry, us, and the public.

As for the welcome message that both you and Bob have quoted -- perhaps that
needs to be revisited since, as stated, I could hardly "talk" at all on this
forum. <g>

Keep up the good questions. They challenge us all, and I, for one, enjoy the
conversations.
