The applicable language in my standard Letter of Agreement reads:
"I will not use any family information derived from this project in any
published article or book without first obtaining written permission from you,
or your designated agent. If you decide to publish, or cause to be published,
any part of my report, you agree to consult with me first and have me review
and approve the material to be so used."
I like putting my obligation to them first, then their obligation to me.
However, after reading the comments of Kory, John and Natalie, I am wondering
if this is clear enough to indicate that publish also means copying and
distributing?
