Missouri State Archives has changed their URL -- recently, I think. It is now:

http://www.sos.mo.gov/archives/resources/resources.asp

for the Research Room, which seems to have access to all of the online & microfilm records available. There is a redirect in place, but it sounds like it will not be in place past the end of the year.
